Køge Hospital Project Team I/S, owned by Italian Itinera Group and CMB, a leading construction and infrastructure development enterprise, is currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Surveyor to join our team. As a surveyor, you will play a crucial role in calculating land boundaries and generating accurate maps and reports. This position requires hands-on experience with engineering instruments, exceptional mathematical and analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for measurements.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Surveyor who possesses not only technical expertise but also proficiency in the Italian language to enhance communication and collaboration on our construction site.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed survey records, maps, and reports to support construction site.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment for accurate data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure surveying activities align with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking team members, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, surveying techniques, and relevant regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Surveyor in construction projects.
• Proficiency in the Italian language to facilitate communication with Italian-speaking team members.
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, techniques, and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
