PAY ROLE ASSISTANT

INTRODUCTION - ORGANIZATIONAL DETAILS

Odense Hospital Project Team Joint Venture I/S is a cooperation between CMB and ITINERA working together with the Region of Southern Denmark for the building of the new Odense University Hospital. The new hospital consists of a total area of 250.000 sqm including 10.000 rooms and 21 km of corridors. Once completed, the new OUH will be the largest recently built hospital in Denmark.

We are looking for a PAY ROLE ASSISTANT who can perform following tasks:

  Input Employees in system (Epos, remember Danica pension note) as well as updating the employee master overview.

  Update and follow NET agreed with OHT employee (updating overview and check the payslip).

  Employee Azets check information inputted by Employees.

  Prepare payroll data and finalize payroll.

  In case of any advance payments or on account payments to be coordinated admin, (follow up on bank information for new employees).

  Refusion, AUB, Løntilskud, Langtidssygemelding, Barsel

  Danica pension – register and deregister - remember to send documents to Danica pension   email.

  Danish bank accounts and applications

  Tax cards application and all the communication regarding to tax system.

  Expat taxation – calculate in terms of limit and manage the taxation procedures.

  Applying for taxcard and §48E expat scheme

  Azets letter information – update according to mistakes from Azets part.

  Access to Danica pension, Company ID and Epos, Azets/Cozone

  Declaration of transport must be sent in January 

  Tax residence declaration (March) for seconded

  Reporting to DA / LO udviklingensfonden 

  DI lønsum reporting

 Send an email reminder regarding the holiday season.

 August recap for normal holiday and SH.

 Other unexpected duties.

Work details:

The applicant will live in Denmark during the project.

The workplace is construction site of New OUH in South of Odense City in Denmark

There will be a 3-month trial period of employment.

Your Qualifications

 You are good in written and spoken Danish and English.

  We expect you to have minim bachelor’s degree in economics / accounting / social sciences.

  You like to work on international environment.

  You must have experience minimum 3 years as pay role assistant or pay role consulating.
