About us 

KHPT is a joint venture between Itinera and CMB, two Italian companies with extended experience in infrastructure, industrial, heavy civil, public, institutional, and commercial projects. Køge Hospital Project is an expansion of over 100 000m2, to the original hospital. A Hospital benefitting the whole hospital. The new hopstal will gather Zealand Universities Hospital under one single roof, and open to further extended special departments, along with new departments for research.  Upon completion Køge Hospital will become one of the main emergency hospitals in the region, gathering Zealand Universities Hospital under one single roof and include new research departments. 

 

About  

We are looking for a well-organized site Supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our team at KHPT. The site Supervisor responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, completing quality, requirements, prepare daily reports, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines. 

To be successful as a site Supervisor, you should demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should display a strong work ethic, enjoy a physical presence onsite and thrive under pressure. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. 

  • Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. 

  • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. 

  • Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. 

  • Ensuring timesheets are completed and delivered in a timely manner. 

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. 

  • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. 

  • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members 

Requirements 

  • Experience in a similar role. 

  • Additional certificates or licenses may be required. 

  • Flexibility 

  • Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and fit out. 

  • Great people management, leadership, and organizational skills. 

  • Strong project management skills. 

  • A willingness develop knowledge further. 

  • A driver's license
