About the Position

As a member of our team, your primary focus will be conducting salary checks and handling related tasks, such as:

• Reviewing contracts, payslips, time sheets, bank transfers, pensions, and holiday pay.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and collective agreements.
• Facilitating meetings with companies, advising them on operational requirements for our construction sites.

• The candidate must have already completed at least 5 semesters

• Are confident handling confrontational situations and ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
• Excel in maintaining structure and focus, even in high-pressure environments.
• Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
