Site Supervisor

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations and help deliver one of Denmark’s most important healthcare infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities across civil and finishing works.
  • Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and budget objectives.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
  • Monitor material usage and maintain accurate progress reports and site documentation.
  • Support clear communication across a multicultural team.

About You

  • Proven experience in construction site supervision (Fit-out and finishing works) with minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Relevant technical education or certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Knowledge of Albanian, Polish, or Romanian language is highly desirable to support our diverse workforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
