About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will:
- Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities across civil and finishing works.
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and budget objectives.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Monitor material usage and maintain accurate progress reports and site documentation.
- Support clear communication across a multicultural team.
About You
- Proven experience in construction site supervision (Fit-out and finishing works) with minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Relevant technical education or certification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (required).
- Knowledge of Albanian, Polish, or Romanian language is highly desirable to support our diverse workforce.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
